Discover the Best Residential Design Project of 2017 – Among the winners of the SBID International Design Awards 2017 there was one particular design that stood out. The winner of this year’s Residential Design Project of under 1 Million Dollars it’s stunning and a masterpiece of interior design.

The project it’s a luxury and high-end apartment located in New Cairo, Egypt. Dar Designs were the creators of this spectacular design that successfully integrates home automation technology with a sophisticated, modern design.

As you can see, Dar Designs managed to give this opulent apartment a high-end, chic and ritzy look while maintaining a connection with the Arab culture. We mustn’t forget that this apartment it’s located in Egypt, a beautiful country with a unique culture. That’s why the designers made sure that the feel and vibe of the Arab and Egyptian cultures were present throughout the décor through the display of local crafts.

This beautiful apartment also caters to the client’s active social lifestyle. This was a client requirement so obviously, Dar Designs had to take that into consideration. We can see how Dar Designs managed to input the client wish throughout an interactive public space which includes the kitchen, guest living room, and dining room. They were all designed as one zone.

A great feature of this apartment and it designs are the private areas. The master bedroom it’s a clear standout, but there it’s also an exclusive family living room located between two bedrooms.
