The Best Residential Design Project of 2017 of Over 1 Million Dollars

Amongst the winners of this year’s SBID International Design Awards, we have to highlight the winner of this year’s Residential Design Project of over 1 Million Dollars.

The winner was the design of Greybrook House Penthouse by Felton Whelan, a stunning and a masterpiece of interior design that stood out from the rest.

The creator of this design was Fenton Whelan, that designed a multi-unit, boutique, residential development in London’s Mayfair. This residential project blends the Art Déco style of the building with contemporary living.

The luxurious living space is equipped with elegant and opulent furniture pieces that are framed by stained glass windows. Adjacent, the Bulthaup kitchen juxtaposes with the cool green breakfast room upholstery creating an iconic entertaining space with a sumptuous bar area with backlit onyx.

One of the best features of the house it’s the master bedroom. The refined elegance of this powerful can be seen, for instance, in the lacquered finish wardrobes and the Alcantara upholstered headboard. The master ensuite is framed by the Noir Saint Laurent bookmatched feature wall and marbled pattern flooring.

The rest of the ensuite bedrooms contain upholstered headboards, bookmatched marble, and bespoke joinery. A stunning marble staircase leads to access to a private roof terrace, one of the most impressive features of this house. This amazing terrace provides stunning views of London’s iconic skyline. A privileged view that matches the elegance and quality of this amazing house. you also have a second formal terrace, that«s situated to the rear with decking and frameless glass balustrading.

Everything in this project was well thought out. The details are amazing, the main features are impressive and the furniture pieces that give life to the house are as opulent as the building itself. That’s why it deserves to be the recipient of award for Best Residential Design Project of 2017 of Over 1 Million Dollars
